The Provincial Department of Economic Development in the North West recently hosted a series of business training series of business training sessions in Morokweng and Klerksdorp – and I was honoured to serve as the facilitator under the theme “Entrepreneurship and Business Management. “

Over the course of the sessions, I had the privilege of engaging with over 40 young entrepreneurs across both regions. Together, we explored key topics such as:

  1. Understanding what it truly means to be an entrepreneur
  2. Principles of business management
  3. Marketing and supply & demand dynamics
  4. Financial management and costing
  5. Business plan development

It was a refreshing and inspiring experience – shaping emerging entrepreneurs, exchanging ideas, and contributing to the growth of small businesses in the North West province.
